Groupe Sucrier s.a. conducts its activities in the sugar industry through its subsidiaries :

Iscal Sugar s.a, incorporated in 2003 with a view to bringing the Moerbeke, Frasnes, Fontenoy and Furnes sugar mills together, is the second largest participant in the Belgian sugar industry. Its subsidiary Iscal Sugar BV (The Netherlands) specialises in the packaging and the distribution of a large number of retail products.

A derivatives production plant has been established in Milwaukee (USA) in 2004. 

Compagnie Sucrier, in Kwilu-Ngongo (Congo), is the only sugar and alcohol producer in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The African section of Groupe Sucrier is responsible for the technical coordination of and procurement for Compagnie Sucrière's agro-industrial complex in Kwilu-Ngongo.
