Finasucre strengthens in NATUREX
Our subsidiary Iscal Sugar SA has acquired 38.8% of the French company SGD, strengthening the Finasucre group's participation in SGD (98.8%). SGD is the first shareholder of the French company Naturex (21%).
Naturex is the global leader in natural speciality ingredients for the food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. Naturex employs 1,300 people and has 15 production units in Europe, Morocco, USA, Brazil, Australia and India, with a commercial presence in 20 countries around the world.
